Returned with pilots' compartment instruments damaged, and superficial damage to the bomb bay compartment, and no casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 apiece by Sgts. Smith & Peagood and 1  Me-109 apiece shared by SSgt. Ludwolf & Sgt. Peterson and by SSgt. Ludwolf and Sgt. Peagood.

Returned with tail & top turret guns inoperable, damage to the port tail plane (1 point), to the rudder (1 point), radio room oxygen system (1 point), superficial damage to the bomb bay (Bombs hit but did not detonate!), and 5 casualties. Claims: 1 Fw-190 by SSgt. Ludwolf. Replacements: 2nd Lt. Riddman, TSgt. Cleggson, Sgts. Holden & Miller. Temporary replacement: Sgt. Franklin.

Returned with starboard flaps inoperable, navigator's equipment destroyed, superficial damage to the fuselage, and no casualties.  Claims: 1 Fw-190 by Sgt. Miller.

Aborted mission after losing Norden bombsight after enemy attack.  Left formation and returned home alone.  Landed with the navigation equipment destroyed, the bombsight and landing gear instruments inoperable and no casualties.

Sgt. Kuderrin rejoins crew. Aborted mission zone-4 outbound.  Dropped from formation and returned alone.  Landed with pilots' compartment heating system and port elevator inoperable, minor damage to the #3 engine, some superficial damage and 1 casualty. Temporary replacement: Sgt. Franklin.
