New aircraft replacements from the USA. Returned without damage or casualties.

Did not bomb target. Aborted mission due to battle damage over Yugoslavia (zone-3).  Left formation and returned to base with fire damage to the to nose compartment oxygen system, 20mm shell holes to the cockpit section and 1 crewman killed.  Claims: 1 Me-109 by SSgt. Bray. Replacement:: 2nd Lt. Wilson.

Group Spare. Took place of Special K, middle squadron, third flight, right aircraft. Returned with starboard flaps inoperable, superficial damage to the radio compartment and no casualties.

Tail-End Charlie. Returned with ball turret guns damaged, superficial damage to the nose, radio, waist and tail compartments, and 3 casualties.  Claims: 2 Me-110s and & 1 Me-109 by Sgt. Curp and 1 Me-109 by SSgt. Bray.

Group Spare. Took place of Airborne Lady, Lead Squadron, Second Flight, Left Aircraft.  Returned with radio destroyed and minor flak damage to the rudder and no casualties.  Claims: 1 Me-109 by SSgt. Bray.
